Our promise
Money buys visibility, never eligibility
Inclusion in the directory is free and decided by the editor. We never sell a listing, a verdict or a review. Paid slots are always labelled, and only events we already list can have one. See the editorial policy.
Outbound links to your site carry utm_source=allaievents.com, utm_medium=directory andutm_campaign= your event’s slug, so you can see the visits a placement sent you.
Does paying guarantee a listing?
No. Inclusion is editorial and always free. We list an event only after checking it against the organizer’s own site, and a payment never changes that decision. Featured and Spotlight buy visibility and review speed for an event that is already eligible; they never buy eligibility. If an event is not accepted, no placement runs.
How fast is review?
Featured placements get an expedited review within 48 hours of your claim or submission, and Spotlight within 24 hours. Free listings are reviewed in the order they arrive, with no committed turnaround.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so the refund itself goes through them. If we cannot list your event, there is nothing for the placement to run on and we will refund you. For anything else, email us and we will work it out with you.
What happens after I pay?
Dodo Payments sends your receipt. Then email us the link to your event page on this site (or submit the event first if it is not listed yet). We review it, and once it is live the 30 days start. Every paid slot is labelled "Featured", "Spotlight" or "Sponsored" so visitors can always tell it apart from editorial listings.
What are Founding Organizers?
The first 10 organizers to buy a placement pay the launch price shown on each card. After that the list price applies.
